Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your POV account and personal data at any time.
How
- Email info@pov.now with the subject “Delete my POV data”.
- Include the email address or @handle of your account (or, if you never created an account, tell us roughly when you used POV so we can find your device).
- We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and tell you when it’s done.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, activity, chat messages, device identifiers, push subscriptions and any connected-platform tokens. Records we must keep by law (for example payment and tax records) are kept only for the legal period and then deleted.
Facebook, Instagram and Google
If you signed in or connected a Facebook, Instagram or Google account, deleting your POV data also removes the tokens we held for it. You can additionally remove POV’s access from those accounts’ own settings (for Google: security settings).
Creators contacted by POV
If we contacted you about joining POV and you don’t want to hear from us again, use the one-click link in our message or write to info@pov.now. We will delete your details and keep only the opt-out, so we never contact you again.
